These services are available 24 hours a day by calling (920) 684-6601 or toll-free at 1-877-822-4207 and asking for an "Armed Forces Emergency Services Caseworker" or selecting Option 1 after hours.

Send Pre-Paid Calling Cards to Members of the Armed Forces

Pre-paid calling cards can be purchased through the Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) and shipped directly to the Red Cross for distribution to members of the armed forces. Simply click here, click "purchase now" next to the card(s) you wish to purchase, ensure that "American Red Cross" is selected as the existing shipping address, click continue, view your cart and process the transaction on your credit card. The American Red Cross will do the rest by making sure that the cards are distributed to those soldiers who need them!
